After completing registration and payment, we will schedule Biznet Home technician to come to your house to proceed with installation and activation process based on your availability. Please allow a maximum of 12 hours for us to contact and schedule time for installation.

Installation time may differ depending on several factors. We advise that you make time between 2 (two) to 4 (four) hours for our technician to complete installation in your house.

1. Cable installation to the home for 80 meter
2. 1 unit Modem Wi-Fi for Biznet Home Internet service (on loan)
3. 1 unit Set Top Box including Smart Card, remote control and HDMI Cable for Biznet Cable TV service (on loan)

Biznet Home technician will firstly discuss with you regarding the path of cable that will be installed, whether it is assembled from basement or rooftop depending on the blueprint of your house.

We will also activate your Biznet Home Internet service; configure your primary computer or Broadband Router (optional) and Biznet Cable TV service (if available) for 1 (one) TV unit. Any configuration for supplementary computer, Broadband Router or TV unit not completed in the installation day will be charged with additional fee.
